- Verify basic facts and general knowledge
- Mark errors in spacing, font, and format
- Follow any style guidelines provided by the writer or their publishing company
Proofreading & Copyediting
$0.015 per word
- All Proofreading items, plus…
- Point out plot holes and other inconsistencies
- Verify facts that require light research on my part
- Adjust syntax and wording to improve readability
- Make suggestions for plot and character development
Step Three: Submit Your Request
Step Four: Use Your Free Revision
After your proofread or proofread and copyedited work is returned to you, I will provide one free revision. This means you can make changes based on my suggestions, and then I will read your work again to catch anything we might have missed.
